Charity with love

In my belief is always a privilege to be able to bless. In Chinese, there is a saying, “有钱的出钱，有力的出力。 ” (Those with money can give money and those with strength can give strength”), both are equally important.

I am more than happy to be able to cooperate with group/organisation to do fundraising to help the voiceless/needy. Animals are always the 1st group I would like to contribute in helping because they are the most vulnerable in every single sense but I not going to stop here. I created this with the thoughts on stepping into nature, surrounded by fresh dew of leaves and flowers. I named it *Breeze U*, thought of gentle wind blowing onto the face with all the early awakening freshness of nature to make one feel good before the day start. No alcohol content and always shake before use. 🙂

Personal review: Love love love… this soap a lot! It feeds my dry skin well and my sensitive skin didn’t react badly as well my face able to cope well too. What I love most is with a bit of powdery rose scent. I can keep showering with this and never get sick of it. 😛

 

Questions/Enquries

Does your soap contain SLS/SLES?-My handmade soap does not contain SLS/SLES, harsh chemicals or preservatives that also explain why my soap has less lather if to compare to commercial soap as well I super fat all my soaps.

Why there are little small things look like frost or fuzz on the soap?– One of the ingredients in the soap base is glycerin. Glycerin contains humectants, Humectants are similar to moisturizers but are able to attract and hold onto water molecules. Like water and emollients, the soap is able to provide an abundance of hydration to the upper layers of skin so if you look closer with inspection, you see hundreds of tiny little water droplets covering the surface of your soap. People call it Glycerin’s “Dew” or “Sweating”.
Humidity is the number 1 cause of glycerin dew so please do not worry whether will it affect the soap, the answer is nope only real effect is the appearance of the soap that all.

Can your soap be used on the face? – Yes and No. And why? What is good on your body might not apply the same on your face. Like I have mentioned before everyone is individual, some can use on their face but that doesn’t apply to all. If you like to try it on your face please do it slowly and make sure you have checked all the ingredients once again to know you are not allergic to any of those if yes please stop immediately.

What is the shelf life for the soap?
-I believe in freshness and I don’t practice stock up in bulk. All my handmade soap will indicate the date on making and please use it within 3months if wanna last for slight longer date please put in the fridge. (I still recommend to use within 3months). Soap without milk can last up to 6months.

I am a vegan and I like your soap can you create soap without milk?
-Yes! I would love to, just hit on me and I see what I can do without any additional charges.

Your soap base has lye? – Nope, in Singapore Sodium Hydroxide is an essential ingredient which sodium hydroxide(Lye) is controlled industrial chemical regulated by Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA). No individuals are allowed to import or to purchase controlled chemicals for personal/domestic use because handling of these chemicals requires industrial grade of sewerage system. With such regulation, introduction of contaminants into the natural environment can be prevented/minimised if there is any mishandling of the chemicals.

Soap base which I purchased contain Sodium Ricinoleate: Fatty acid derived from castor oil, Sodium Cocoate: Fatty acid derived from coconut oil, Sodium Palmitate: Palm oil, Vegetable glycerin: Plant oils typically soy, palm oil, coconut oil, Titanium dioxide: White pigment for white soap base (safe colouring agent).

Why your essential oil scent is different from mine?– Every reputable essential oil companies smell different too but surely if one is a frequent essential oil user will know the different between “Synthetic” and “Pure”. Please do put in the consideration on you are smelling from the soap instead from the bottle itself. When comes to essential oils I support pure and I will stick by it.

So your soap is not 100% natural?– As much as I love my soap to be 100% natural I know it might not be possible due to unable to get lye so I turn to soap base which is already made other than that all my ingredients for each soap
are carefully picked and mixed as well test try on my super sensitive skin. From my ingredients which I have picked and used, you can see is either natural or organic. I do aim as much for natural as possible all because I do care and one thing you can be sure of is 100% handmade, you gotta try to feel it yourself as skin don’t tell lie, even soap base does have a quality one.

Why your soap’s scent so light? – That is exactly my intention. I created a soap with the aim of skin care as well friendly to those who have nose’s allergic.  Sensitive’s group is my aim because I am one of them. 🙂

Personal review: I love this soap a lot! Very mild to my sensitive skin, my face able to cope well too. The light scent of lavender relaxes me right after a hot bath. I am looking forward to make a stronger version one!  So who is with me?! 😀

 

 

 

 

A replied which I bring the most surprise.

When my friends know I went into Jewelry making, they thought I must have love jewelry so much that why I am in it. Yet my replied shocked them all. I never really fascinated on Jewellery if to compare to most women. Yet I am in it now and I am glad to say I have never looked back.
The only reason is I see it as “Art”. I flee from art since I was very young, never dare to look into it even though I love art a lot simply because when I was young I’m totally freak out thru someone who told me that I going to be a begger for choosing art as my future career. Perhaps living in business oriented country Singapore does freak me out for having this passion since young so I quietly kept this passion but somehow whenever I have the opportunity to touch anything related with art I notice one thing and that is, “In art I lost myself yet thru art I find myself.”
I enjoy every single moment of creating and always thankful to God for all the opportunity that is given to me.
